American Express and Shop America Alliance are partnering on an exciting savings program at many of America’s top shopping centers and outlets. The American Express Shop America Savings program rewards American Express Cardholders with special VIP discounts at Shop America Alliance member department stores, designer boutiques, shopping centers, name brand outlets and restaurants. By presenting the American Express card at the Customer Service Centers of leading malls and outlets, Cardmembers receive valuable coupon books, passports or discount cards with exclusive shopping and dining deals.

New for 2012, Shop America Tours is partnering with American Express in Brazil to reward clients with Shop America Tours gift certificates when they load their American Express Global Travel Cards. In addition, Shop America has arranged to provide special discounts at Macy’s stores and Tommy Hilfiger Outlets throughout the USA for AmEx Brazil cardmembers. A new microsite in Portuguese will launch in May 2012 to further promote this program.

Since the launch of our American Express partnership in April 2011, there have been thousands of visitors to Express and millions of consumer impressions. “We are especially pleased to partner with American Express to bring these special savings to their Cardmembers. With our many Shop America member locations throughout the USA, American Express Cardmembers can now also enjoy great savings on shopping and dining when they travel,” said Rosemary McCormick, President of Shop America Alliance.
