Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italia Demonstration Classes are presented class-room style. Enjoy watching Chef Michael Cirafesi prepare the menu while providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco followed by a generous sampling of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. This relaxed, interactive format encourages informative discussions to help you prepare the dishes with confidence at home.
