The New Orleans Cooking Experience specializes in teaching authentic Creole and Cajun cuisine and history in a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian mansion. These luxury classes are limited to ten and include a seated dinner party style meal following instruction. Teaching chefs include Frank Brigtsen, Poppy Tooker, Chiqui Collier and others. Everyone from skilled cooks to novices is invited.

- Please enter through the front door and your class host will greet you.
- Classes are held weekly on Thursdays and Fridays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 12:30 PM (except when not available due to holidays or other closings).
- Reservations are required and must be made at least seven days in advance.
- Please confirm your reservation at least 24 hours prior to class by calling the New Orleans Cooking Experience directly at 504-430-5274.
- For parties of 6-12 and private classes on other days of the week, please call to schedule.
- Notification of food allergies and dietary restrictions must be included with all reservations or alternatives cannot be guaranteed.
- New Orleans Cooking Experience currently cannot meet the dietary needs of vegans.
